About ME

I'm Carly O'Neill and I moved to London to study in 2012 having grown up in Cornwall. As soon as I arrived it was love at first site. The vibrancy, the people, and the places fascinated me and I've lived here ever since.

Currently, I'm a part-time PR consultant working for a small marketing company. It's a job I love and working part-time allows me to pursue other interests (like this blog!).

I started misswestendgirl.com as a way of keeping my folks, back home in Cornwall, up-to-date with my adventures. From there, it's grown into something of a passion, a place where I can write all about the things I love. My favourite books, restaurants, bars, films, book all feature as well as my personal thoughts about fashion, keeping healthy and making the most of living in a large city like London.
